    Dancer Portfolios

    Suitable for commercial dancers as well as ballet, contemporary and movement artists. I have worked with a range of dancers and performers. I love to shoot dance and movement especially.

    Actor Portraits

    I approach actors headshots and portraits in a more varied way than the many offerings available. The headshot is finally evolving from what can sometimes be quite a boring shot into more of what I would call an editorial portrait. I really believe that a good actor portrait should stand out way more than many do. All too often I see over edited shots in an alleyway or on a busy but blurred out background. Let me refresh that generic ‘headshot’ style and give you something that makes casting directors stop and look when they see your headshot.

  • Retouching, if any is needed, is kept subtle and to a minimum in line with the style of my work, whilst providing you with a true photographic representation where retouching is not obvious. There’s nothing a casting director hates more than someone who’s portfolio doesn’t look like the person they are potentially booking!

    . Shoots include an edited (not retouched) online downloadable gallery of the entire shoot which is fine for web use or small prints. While this is often fine without any additional retouching, I also include 8 retouched full size images should you need a little retouching. Additional retouching is available from £20 per image.

  • Sessions generally last around two hours or so and include six to eight looks, however I like to take my time and not rush a shoot. I only book one shoot a day so that there is extra time should we need it. I think it’s better to have time to chat, take breaks and have a relaxed shoot. You will never be rushed or have another client waiting!

  • I have a wide selection of wardrobe here (size 6-10) which you are welcome to use, otherwise please bring six to eight changes with you. These needn’t be particularly elaborate or designer labels! I’m not one for elaborate styling unless I’m shooting for a brand then the clothes are secondary, in fact simplicity is my go to style. Give me a model in vest top and baggy jeans & I’m happy!

  • Rates do not include a make up artist, most either go bare faced or do their own natural make up look.

  • During the summer months I also offer local beach/location shoots. Of course if you’re happy to brave it in the winter I will do that too! For beach shoots please contact me before booking so that I can check tide times for the best time to shoot and which location would work best. Ideally for the best light an early morning, late afternoon or early evening shoot during the spring/summer months is by far the best but I can make it work at any time if need be.

    Many models are based in London and may not be able to take time out from castings to travel to me and back. Shoots can be arranged at your home or in and around London streets and landmarks.

  • Should you not be able to attend your booking for any reason please let me know with as much notice as possible. People get sick, life throws things at us and I totally understand so will always rearrange another day for you.

    Please note, ‘no shows’ will lose any payment made.
